Connecting with Neptune – What to Expect in 2018

Hey everyone,

I’m back! I don’t know about you, but it’s been a busy year for me! The road trip back across Canada was lovely and I’ll share a bit about it in a future post 🙂 In the meantime I hope you’ve all been having a wonderful holiday season with your loved ones!

For now though I’ll keep it short as I would like to share some messages from the planet Neptune with all of you.

What is your purpose? What is the main message you would like humanity to know?

My purpose is to help direct you to the truth that exists within you. Seek for your answers within. Connect with your higher self and build upon your relationship with yourself. This is how you will attract the love you want into your life – by loving yourself first. Be gentle with yourself as you are with a young child who knows not how the world around them expects them to be. Remember that there was once a time where you too were not aware of society’s expectations. Honour this inner child and innocence. Let the healing begin by showing love to your inner child. Play with it and let yourself be open to feeling what comes to you.

How can I connect with you and work with you?

Well, you are connecting to me right now, are you not, Dear One? All you need to do to connect with me is to simply think of me and I shall be there as I am here right now. To work with me I only ask that you come from the heart and of the highest vibration – of unconditional love.

If you feel called to do so, light a candle for me, as you call upon my guidance. A dark blue candle if you can, will do. If you are out of luck and without a candle, blue or not, then you can also place water in its place.

Do you work with certain parts of the lunar cycle?

I do, when you are planning on manifesting anything new call upon me during your lunar ritual. Ask me to assist you in the Astrals before you drift off to sleep and I will visit you in your dreams.

What messages to you have for me?

Ah I have many messages for you, Dear One, but for today we shall pick just one. Expression – be it through written, oral, or any other form of communication it is important for your creative freedom. Breathe and be at peace. Then find your center. Set your intention. Then begin your task. When you feel satisfied with a job well done (and we will be there to remind you when you have done more than enough, Dear One) then you may share what you will with the world. Later reflect upon what you have experienced so that you may learn and grow from it.

Continue to express yourself, your feelings, your thoughts, your opinions. Your desires, ambitions and goals are worth writing down as well, Dear One. Write them down and then watch them manifest before your very eyes. As we have mentioned before, now is the time to begin bringing forth what you desire into your life. Create and be free to express yourself for who you truly are.

Do you have any messages for humanity for the upcoming New Year?

This year will bring much change for humanity as a collective. It is time to finally step up and honour who you are and your connection to ALL THAT IS. Many of you will begin living a more sustainable and independent life this year. For many this is just in the beginning of it’s fruition, in it’s planning stages. But planning is half the fun! But do understand, Dear Ones, that as much as you expect things to go as planned, they will most likely not, and that is because your higher self knows best. Do not feel discouraged, Dear Ones, as we say this with much love. The unexpected will bring great opportunity for growth and positive changes. It will open the door to new paths for you to travel. This coming year will be one that will build the foundation of what is to be in the future. Remember to practice visualizing and feeling what you want to manifest into your life. 🙂 ❤

How Breathing Connects Us with Our Higher Self: Messages from my Red Dragon Friend

Hey everyone!

My apologies for not posting any messages for a while. I was a bit caught up with work. But I have wonderful news! I’m going to be hosting a Psychic Discussion Group and Channeling group at The Center in Halifax starting tonight! Each week a friend of mine, Eric, and I will be alternating between holding a discussion group and a channeling session. Sort of like a Q&A where people can ask spirit questions. I’m very excited of course!

With that bit of news done with, I’ll begin the reading for all of you today. 🙂 It’s from my Red Dragon friend, Isadora’s partner.

What would you like to talk about today?

Breathe, little one. Just breathe in and out. We want to remind all of you about the connect that you all have, each and every one of you, with source, with the universe and with every being in existence.

I was wondering, could you explain why or how breathing allows us to connect with our higher selves and be in alignment?

That is a very good question, and I know that you have been wanting to ask it for a while now, thank you. 

First off, breathing allows you to release yourself from the worries and stresses you are holding onto during your day. By focusing on solely your breathing you are letting go of your focus on the other things that are occupying your mind. You are able to just sit and be. And so we always remind you to breathe properly because we wish to remind you of your state of being.  How you feel when you are calm and at ease and where there is nothing else to concern yourself with other than your breathing and just being still and at peace.

Breathing also allows you time to sort of ‘restart’ in a sense and allow yourself time and space to be able to look at a situation in a new perspective. Since breathing allows you to connect more easily with your higher self and allows you to more easily be in alignment, then you will be more open to receiving the messages that are there for you. Again, these messages could be as simple as a new idea about something that you are going through.

Breathing is such a beautiful and wonderful experience. It help sustain your life physically but it is also one of your greatest tools for connecting with your higher self and the universe. Allow yourself time to just appreciate your breath and how breathing feels for you. Just enjoy it.

What is some advice you could give for someone who finds it difficult to just sit and breathe?

It depends on the situation, but if it is simply that a person finds it difficult to just focus on their breathing because of what is going on currently in their life, then that is okay. Our advice to you is to just focus simply on your breathing, pay attention to how your diaphragm or stomach expands as you breath in, and how your chest and lungs expand further as you breathe air up through your body. Then focus on how it feels to exhale and just feel the breath leaving your body. Simply repeat this process until you feel at ease. It is not necessary to do this for very long to understand the purpose of it. You may call this meditation if you would like to, since it is a form of it. But if you do feel uncomfortable with calling it that, then just simply call it a breathing exercise to help you feel calm and at ease.

You only need 5 or 10 minutes to be able to experience the calmness that comes with focusing solely on your breathing. If you can, try to let go of thinking while you do so. You may even find it difficult to think if you are focused on your inhale and exhale of breath. 

Thank you, my friend. Are there any more messages that you have for everyone?

You are very welcome. Ah yes, there are, as always, more messages we would like to deliver. 

First, we understand that for some of you, it is winter and therefore you find it difficult to go outside and enjoy yourself due to the coldness and the weather. We would like to remind you that you can have just as much enjoyment and fun inside as you can outside. Just follow your heart and what excites you. Again, you can always write a list of things that you could do, be it TV, video games, reading a book, or even hosting a board games night with friends and family who live close by. Then choose whatever on that list that feels the most fun and exciting to you and do it! We would like to ask that all of you try to keep this in mind whenever you feel as if you are ‘missing out’ because you are stuck inside due to weather or unforeseen events. 

Remember: you are in control of your own happiness – no one else. Let go of the expectation that someone else must make you happy or that you will be unhappy since you are spending a night in on your own. If are are alone then just enjoy your own company! Sing a duet together with yourself! Do whatever it is that makes you happy!

Secondly, remember that this connection you have with yourself is also your connection to the universe. You create the world you live in. If you do not like something that is going on, then make the change in your own life for yourself that you would like to see in the world. The Law of Attraction is a good thing to keep in mind when working on the changes you would like to see in your life, and in the world. You will attract like-minded people to you, and like-minded situations into your life. If you focus on your own happiness and treat everyone with kindness, calmness, and understanding, then you will begin to notice that the majority of people with whom you interact with during your day will treat you in the same manner. And so you can use this understanding you bring change to your world.

Everything You Do Matters and You Can Do Anything: Messages from a Dragon

Hey everyone!

So today’s messages are from my red dragon friend. Here’s what he’d like to say! 🙂

What would you like to talk about today?

Everything, anything, and nothing. Everything you do in your life impacts how you view the world around you, it shapes you. And you have the ability to do anything you wish you put your mind to. However nothing is really as important in your life as the decisions and choices you make for yourself.

The second you choose to believe something, you choose to do something, you instantly change the world around you without even realizing it. If you are able to let go of your doubt about your own abilities then you become a person without doubt, you become a person who never doubted themselves at all. Everything you do matters. That is why it is important to try to be present and aware of the actions you take, the things you say, and the thoughts you have. Everything that happens reverberates and effects the world around you. If you decide to see a situation in a new and more positive way, then you are choosing to let go of older beliefs that caused you to feel angry, fed up, or annoyed about this situation in the past. Choosing, for example, to understand that an issue at work or at home was caused not by someone trying to get back at your or to ‘screw you over’ but by a person just trying to do their best and that maybe they made a mistake just like everyone does. You are able to feel happier and less stressed as you become more aware of the idea that everyone is just like you and everyone has their difficult days, their days where things just don’t seem to go well ever, and the days where they just end up making mistakes. 

The idea that you can do anything you want to can be difficult to comprehend at times. You have so many beliefs, limitations and expectations that you have had in place for so long in your life that the simple truth that you can do whatever it is that you are passionate about is difficult to grasp. We want you to let go of all of the ideas that you may not be good enough, that you can’t go anywhere in a certain field all because there are so many people out there doing the thing you want to do. Let go of these old beliefs that are putting you down every time you try to do something you’re excited about. If it makes you happen then why should you worry about all the other people who are also interested in doing the same thing as you? If anything that thought alone should excite you because it means that there are others out there who share your passion and that you can learn from each other. You can work together with these other people and cocreate something beautiful. So yes, we are trying to tell you that you can do anything that you want to do, it is possible to find time to do the things that you enjoy.

Nothing in your life is as important as the choices you make for your own self. You cannot control anyone else in your life but yourself. So we ask that you let go of the ideas that what others do effects you personally. Of course this can be difficult to do with those closest to you. But try to think if you would act this way towards someone you were not as close to – would you try to dictate what they wears, how they act, how they think? You would most likely just allow that person to be their own self and you would feel appreciation for the fact that they are comfortable with who they are and just being themselves. So we ask that you just take this appreciation and acceptance and carry this forward to those closest to you. Let them be them as you be yourself. Once you are able to let go of this illusion of control, or need of control, with others you can be more honest with yourself and relax. As I have mentioned before, making one decision changes your own reality. And so in choosing to be accepting of others as they are will change your world so that you become a person who has always been understanding and accepting of others being themselves. Of course there will always be people in your life who will feel the need to control you, to manipulate your own life and to try to get you to live in a way that seems best to them. But we ask that you do not look down upon them or feel angry towards them, just remember that they are only doing this because a part of them cares about you and so this may be one way they show their love. It is common that with those closest to you that when you become angry or try to control one another that that is really just a way that you are showing your love for one another. It is not very healthy, no, but it is something to keep in mind. Just remember that anything anyone else does is not personal towards you, it is not a statement about you and who you are, as you are all your own individual people, living your own individual lives where nothing matters but the choices you make for your own self as they effect the world you live in, not the decisions of others.

Thank you for all of that. Is there anything more you would like to say?

You are very welcome, my friend. Yes, there is. I would like to discuss again the topic of breathing. I understand that it comes up a lot when you give readings for people, that we always tell people to breathe properly. This is because breathing allows you to center yourself and give you balance. Just taking a moment to focus on your breathing gives you the chance to just let go of the emotions and thoughts that you’re having and just take a step back. You are able to better address situations when you give yourself these moments of quiet and peace. When you allow your emotions to have more control over you than your own self then you have the tendency to say things or do things that you would not otherwise do if you were centered and balanced. If you were aligned with your higher self. So what we want to remind you is that you can allow yourself the few moments it takes to find this place of balance by just focusing on your breathing. Let go of the belief that it is ‘childish’ to take a couple of minutes to calm down and breathe. Once you realize how freeing it is you will be able to full release that belief. And yes, it may feel very silly at first to give yourself time to calm down, but just keep trying and you will understand what we are trying to say. 

What are some breathing exercises that people could practice?

There are many ways, but the easiest may be just breathing into your diaphragm, allowing that to fill with air, then allow the air to fill up through your lung and release when you feel it is right. Just focus your attention onto this pattern of breathing in and out and you will be calmer. 

But if you find that focusing on breathing alone is difficult at first, that your thoughts are still bothering you, then you can try something else. You can instead focus on your breathing but also imagine creating a fire in your belly and so when you breath out you release the flames. I have mentioned this technique before,  but is useful if you need something more to concentrate on. If you would like you could also imagine further that all of the pent up emotions and thoughts that you have been having are building up in your stomach with the fire and so when you breathe out you are also releasing that negative emotions and thoughts out of yourself as they are burned away with the flames. 

Ultimately you will each find the breathing technique that best suits you.

Global Warming and Messages from Gaia/Mother Earth

 

Hey everyone,

The topic of today’s reading is one that a person suggested on the facebook group. She had some questions for Gaia! So here’s the reading, I hope you all enjoy! 🙂

How do you feel about the current state of global warming?

It is sad, yes, but in a way also a natural process of life. It is true, humans have advanced the progress of global warming but it is not the end. With global warming I feel at peace about it. It hurts, yes, to see humans disrespect the planet they live on, but that is only a handful compared to how many of you who would protect this earth if given the opportunity to. This is as much about learning and adapting for you as it is for me. As much as it saddens me to see species dying off, I know that it is not the end, that their lives still continue on after here. 

Is there any advice that you have on how to help stop global warming?

Simple. Just live your life as you’re meant to. If you feel as if you would like to stand up and help protect the planet you live on, then do so. Follow what you are passionate about and care about. By standing up and deciding to make even a tiny change in your world you help change the rest of the planet. If you feel that windmills are important and you believe that there is a perfect area for it near where you live, then act upon that desire if you wish. A thing as simple as using reusable bags instead of plastic bags is another way you can work on changing the world around you. It can be big or small, the change you make in your own life, and that is your choice alone. Global warming will continue, however you can help bring healing to the planet and to yourselves.

Are natural events such as forest fires, storms, etc., a way for you to cleanse the earth and remove any stagnant or negative energies?

This is a wonderful question, and thank you for asking it. In a sense, yes, natural events or disasters as you call them, are a way to remove stagnant and negative energy. It is also used to help move energy from one area to another as there are certain animals and plants that use fires and storms as a way to spread themselves further across the earth. These disasters are not to punish anymore or to say who has down wrong, they are simply a way of life, the way the energy ebbs and flows throughout the planet. 

Do you see these events as needed and necessary? 

Yes, I do. They help keep the planet in balance and allow the energy of move smoothly.

Are there any other messages that you have for everyone?

Yes, thank you for asking. Any damage that has been done to the earth is not the end, and it is not as sever as you believe it to be. I have been around for a very long time and these things are just part of a planet’s life. When you understand the connection within all of us, you’ll understand that any destruction you cause to the planet will not end my life or yours. Thank you, all of you.

Raising your vibration: Messages from a Dragon

 

Hey everyone,

Today’s messages are from a good friend of mine, a beautiful red dragon ❤ As usual, what he says are in italics.

What would you like to speak about?

About being strong, not letting go but also being able to be flexible. As dragons, we are strong, independent, and as you would say, wise as well. But our wisdom only comes from what we observe and take note of. We are always around, watching over and protecting you and the earth. 

If any of you come across anyone who says that you can pay money to be in-tuned with dragons and to be purified to be able to work easier with us, that is not necessary. If you just ask us and seek for us we will be there by your side to help you no matter what. 

Breathe little one. We can show you how to breathe in a way that allows you to better focus your mind and stay calm. Fire can be used for purification, it can be used to remove negative thoughts and feelings that you may have a difficult time letting go of.  As you breathe in imagine a swirling of gasses building in your stomach and as you breathe out allow it to be formed into fire. Allow that flame to cleanse you. If you would like, you can think of the flame being all the colours of the rainbow, not dangerous but beautiful and healing. 

What is your purpose?

We are here to protect and watch over you and this earth. We help maintain a balance and allow energy to ebb and flow harmoniously. We will not allow you or anyone to destroy this earth. She understands the confusion, the pain and the suffering that you all experience, and if you just listen you can help heal your planet. She has messages for all of you, each and every one of you, to bring healing and love to you all. We all coexist together in a symbiotic relationship. Just as you help give the trees their breath, they give you yours. We all are working together whether you see it or not right now, to help you raise your vibrations and see this connection that is between all of us. 

Could you explain the idea of raising vibrations?

Yes of course. A vibration is a state of energy, a state of being. As you vibrate at a certain frequency you attract others of similar frequencies. This is what we call the Law of Attraction. We ask that you work on raising your vibration because it brings you closer to your higher self and to us. Just take a minute to think about what excites you, and just feel that for a moment. That pure excitement, that joy, that is the vibration that is truest to you.

How can we raise our vibration?

There are many ways. One of the easiest ways would be to just follow what gives you that feeling of excitement and joy. Gratitude is another way as well. You can write yourself a list each day of what you are grateful for in your life, as you go through when you think of something that bothers you, just let that thought go and go back to what in your life makes you happy. You can also raise your vibration through meditation as well. I would like that add that meditation is not meant to be a “I can do it better than you because I have X amount of years practicing it.” Meditation is a personal and subjective experience, and some days you may find that it is not as easy to connect or to calm your mind. That is normal and fine, do not, please do not, beat yourself up for this. Just let it go and continue on with your day, find something that does make you happy. Be it colouring, talking to friends and family, playing video games or exercising. Remember that there are many ways to raise your vibration so if you find one way a bit too challenging at first that is okay, you have many options to choose from.

Are there any other messages you would like to share?

Yes of course. Just be yourself. I know that it is not easy given the world you live in, but if you just stay true to your own self then you will see your life unfold in ways you never expected. Happiness breeds happiness. If you just follow your passions in life and just be, then you may find that things will just fall into your lap when you least expect it. Once you let go of that need, that idea that you cannot live without that thing, be it a career, house, relationship, then you will find that everything will flow a lot easier. Let go of the barriers, the expectations and the limitations you put up for yourself. Allow the energy and universe around you to just flow with you. Just be free.

Enjoy every part of your life, every happy moment, every joyful, excited and laughable moment. When negative things come into your life recognize that it is there, but let it go and release it. Understand that it is a part of your reality but that you can choose to be happy and excited, choose to be free from the restraints of holding onto those negative emotions and thoughts. 

Be free little ones and live the lives you were meant to live! ❤

We are all connected: Messages from Mother Ayahuasca

Hey everyone,

Today’s messages are from the plant spirit Mother Ayahuasca. What she says are in italics. ❤

Why are you here? (Why do physical forms of plant spirits exist such as marijuana, shrooms and ayahuasca)

Our physical forms exist so that we may show you, humanity, the connection you have with the spirit realm. Remind you of the connection between all of us, each and every being. You are not meant to consume our physical forms on a day to day basis. It really is meant to just to be there as a reminder of the connection.

Why do people become addicted to the physical forms?

People become addicted because they wish to live simultaneously in your world and in ours. Which is possible. But is more easily done through healthier methods such as by meditation. You need to love and embrace the life you have and that is the issue with some people who become dependent upon drugs. It is that they feel unsatisfied with their current life and see the use of drugs as an escape. But you cannot live in our world completely and forget about your own existence. 

What messages do you have for everyone?

To embrace and enjoy your life you are living. There is hurt and pain, but you can change that. As you accept and embrace the good and the loving into your life you change the world around you that you live in. Being in a state of higher vibration effects those around you, it helps them be attuned with their higher self and be in a state of higher vibration. It is like you are a candle burning brightly, as you burn even brighter you spread your light and your warmth to those all around you, and if you both so choose, you may cocreate and share your flame with them to light their candle.

We all love you and we are all here to comfort you when you need it. Just call upon us and we will wrap you in our loving embrace. You are never alone because you have all of us to help cheer you up. We are here to help guide you and remind you that you are all beings of light and love. 

The reason why we have physical forms is to just remind you of what you are capable of. You are all, each and every one of you, capable of connecting with us, with the spirit world, on your own. You do not need to consume us to have the connection. It is just a reminder that you can go out and do it on your own without us. That channeling, that conversation, that feeling or thought you get high, you can do it sober. If it becomes difficult for you to do, just try a meditation and ask for our assistance and we will help guide you. You do not need to be dependent upon anything to reach that connection.
